Lauren began her career designing, developing, delivering and implementing training programs. Over the next few years she managed a Learning and Development function of MBA Trainee Programs for several large, national banks. Throughout her career she springboarded to Director and VP roles with greater scope and responsibility for global organizations. A unique element Lauren brings to her skill-set is based in the real-time experiences gained when developing her expertise in organizational and talent initiatives. This included assessing talent readiness, succession planning, team development, executive coaching, change management, project management, competency development and performance management.
As a consultant, Lauren leverages her corporate experiences by partnering with business leaders to help them achieve their business goals and results. Lauren provides customized solutions and programs working with executives, senior leadership teams and functional teams in corporate and not-for-profit organizations, which include social justice, arts organizations and independent schools.
